Help Desk, Account Administration, Monitoring, Hosting & Software License
  • Help Desk: A live person will be available to assist you and your families with whatever is needed Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM PST via our toll free phone number and email.
  • Administration ~ includes:
    • Product/feature explanation.
    • Signup authorization.
    • Forgotten passwords.
    • Room changes.
    • Transitions.
    • Temporary Multiple Room Viewing.
    • Graduations / Promotions.
    • Cancellations.
    • General questions.
  • Marketing: free color brochures are available for your marketing purposes and we are available to discuss marketing strategy.
  • Monitoring: Your system is monitored 24 hours a day to verify that it is 100% operational.
  • Hosting & Software License: we provide our proprietary software and automatically install updates for your product as they become available - we retain a constant research and development focus so your viewing system will remain competitive with advances in technology.
Warranty, Maintenance & Technical Support
  • Technical Support: Our US based technical support team is available by telephone and email to answer your questions. Technical support is provided for both your staff and your families. Our technical support will address things like:
    • New PC user issues.
    • Firewall issues.
    • Internet browser issues.
    • Website Domain issues.
  • Warranty & Maintenance: WatchMeGrow provides complete on site troubleshooting and repair of ALL WatchMeGrow provided hardware that fails through normal use for the term of your service agreement. Our team will address issues including but not limited to the following:
    • Camera troubleshooting, adjustment, and replacement.
    • Server troubleshooting & repair.
    • Wiring troubleshooting & repair.
    • Power issue troubleshooting.
  • Internet Connection: We will help troubleshoot your Internet connection, assist with Internet challenges you report and contact your ISP as necessary.
  • Network Troubleshooting: We will help you troubleshoot your internal PC network. For example:
    • Your internal network/firewall is not operational.
