WatchMeGrow has a full time customer service and technical support team dedicated to providing you, your staff and your families with outstanding customer service. Most parents will not wait for the typical 24 hour email response time offered by other vendors if they have forgotten their password, need help logging or have other questions - if your camera system provider does not offer phone support most parents will call the childcare center for support. WatchMeGrow provides all support for your camera system so that you and your staff can stay focused on running your business. Access to our LIVE demo is just as it will be in your school - easily accessible and always ready for use by you or your approved families. We have taken every effort to replicate the same conditions that you will experience in your childcare center. Our demo is NOT a pre-recorded, looping or otherwise controlled video recording. Free Website
Easily customize and update your website anytime. upload forms and photos, receive online enrollment requests, offer menu and activity calendars, provide information for each of your educational programs, feature a map and tour of your school and more. You can use your WatchMeGrow website as your primary website (by assigning a domain name of your choosing) or as a Intranet so you can communicate with your enrolled families and staff.
Online User Management Tools

Digital Video Recording
WatchMeGrow's digital recording software can be easily added to your WatchMeGrow system and allows you to review video for approximately two weeks (expandable) and then store it permanently on a CD, DVD or hard drive (available to Centers only).

Security
Center Approved Account Authorization
Family user names and passwords are only issued after each parent is approved by the childcare center.
Restricted Access
Authorized parents are only able to access their children's classrooms and any Center approved common areas (not the entire center).
User Access / Camera Controls
Center administrators have system controls that allow them to disable individual cameras and/or accounts at anytime. WatchMeGrow is also available to assist with requests of this nature at mail@watchmegrow.com or 1-800-483-5597.
Unique Usernames and Passwords
Usernames and passwords are at least eight characters and contain a combination of letters and numbers (only one person can login at a time per username).
Automatic Logoff / System "Time-Out"
If a user viewing session is inactive for a set period of time our system will automatically log them off (the default logoff is ten minutes).
SSL Encryption
SSL encryption protects all data and video with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption (the current web security standard). Any company that is not SSL encrypting their video and data is NOT offering a secure product or service.
Reporting
Administrators (owners/Directors) have access to various reports detailing user information for the last twelve months.
3rd Party Verified
Our network and software is regularly reviewed by an accredited IT Security Firm.
