I wanted to send you all an email and express my gratitude for the extremely wonderful customer service that you provided me last Monday the 18th. My little one started daycare and since she had been out of daycare for 8 months or so, dropping her off the first day was harder for me than it was for her. Needless to say I was that "crying Mom" and overwhelmed with emotion. I called your company to set up the online viewing access to the daycare facility. The person who took my call and was very kind hearted and understanding. He was also very good at filtering through my sobs on the phone as I was so anxious to have access to the awesome feature your company provides. He was able to grant me access almost right away. Anyway, when you have employees that go that extra mile to make the customer feel comforted, reassured and able to help them quickly...that speaks very highly their own personal ability and the company they work for. I appreciate and wanted to share with you that you all treated me with great care - everyone was so extremely helpful and courteous. You guys have a good crew.
I just wanted to let you know what a great idea this is. Due to our work situation, my husband only gets to see our son 2-3 days a week. But, now he can see him everyday! He feels a reduced disconnect (peace-of-mind for me) and loves that he can brighten his day(he misses him sooo much!) by logging-on and watching our son laugh and play. Thanks again for a great idea!!
Once we found out our center offered this program it added a sense of security, because if the center is willing to allow themselves to be videotaped continuosly they must have high standards.
This is the first time I have put my children in a daycare and I wasn't sure if I really wanted to because of all the horror stories I've heard and kids getting abused! But when they told me I could watch them all day if I wanted I felt much better about all of this! And now all we have to do is get past my girls not wanting to let go of my leg when I drop them off! "Ms. Jenson has been a phenomenal teacher for my daughter, Stephanie Douglas, she has done little things that mean so much to my family and that really attributes to her testament of going “above and beyond” her duties and responsibilities as a 3 year old teacher at my center. My husband is deploying to Iraq and one of the biggest reasons we chose my center as our daughter's childcare provider is because of the watch me grow program that they have. This allows for my husband to log online and see our daughter anytime while she was at school. Ms. Jenson was aware of my husband being away and always took the time and interests in my daughter to discuss her dad with her and listen to her many stories. March the 8th, 2010 was my husband's birthday, Stephanie mentioned this to Ms. Jenson and she helped Stephanie do something really “SPECIAL” for daddy. They made a poster for Stephanie to hold up and had me have my husband call me at 10:00 a.m. and I called in on 3-way, she had us both log in online. When I called Ms. Jenson put the phone on speaker and had Stephanie hold up the sign while her whole class including herself sung Happy Birthday to my husband as we watched on the camera and listed over the phone."

"My daughter has been at her current childcare center since she was 7 weeks old. The care she has recieved there has been great. The center previously had a different program that well to be honest wasn't cost effective. When the new owners took over and added watch me grow it was priced where it was affordable and I can watch my daughter durring the day. I see what she is doing and what she is not doing. She ask me most days when I pick her "did you watch me on the camera today". It is neat also for my parents who live out of town. they can watch her. There have been many times I have been on the phone with one of my parents when I picked her up.
